Samantha Martin

Samantha Martin completed her BS in psychology from Endicott College in 2010 then went on to receive her Masters in Social Work from Simmons College in 2013. Samantha has been practicing behavioral social work for over ten years and is very passionate about her work . Samantha’s extensive background includes; being an individual therapist at an outpatient clinic in Boston, MA before serving as the executive director overseeing 200 plus clients. Prior to opening Martin Wellness Group Samantha worked as an individual therapist in a private group practice. Samantha is currently based out of the seacoast of New Hampshire and will be offering Teletherapy services to clients who are New Hampshire and Massachusetts Residents.

As an LICSW Samantha will provide you with teletherapy counseling that fosters the process of healing and helps you cope with life’s challenges. Samantha specializes in working with adults, couples and adolescents struggling with anxiety, life adjustment disorders, infertility, PPA, PPD, and depression. You will learn to identify coping skills and how to manage your emotions. Samantha believes no two people are alike and will adapt to the individual needs of her clients.

Samantha uses an eclectic treatment style that incorporates psychodynamic therapy, motivational interviewing, solution focused therapy and cognitive behavioral therapy. We will work together and come up with the best treatment plan suited for you.


Meet Morgan

Morgan has over 8 years of experience providing individuals and groups with clinical and therapeutic services. Morgan has worked with children in elementary and middle school. Clinically she specializes in working with young adults with anxiety, life transitions and depression. In addition, Morgan specializes in working with women struggling with PMADS. Morgan received her BA in Psychology from Saint Anselm College, and went on to obtain her Master's in Social Work from Simmons University. 

Morgan's priority is to build a positive, empathetic, and strength based relationship with clients to learn the best and most effective way to support them. Morgan specializes in helping individuals who are experiencing anxiety find a more balanced and realistic way of thinking and living. Morgan incorporates a variety of evidence based treatment methods tailored to each individual, including cognitive behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, and solution focused therapy. Morgan is excited to help young adults live a happier life by building a healthier and more compassionate relationship with themselves and others.

 

Meet Ashley

Ashley Lowe is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, LCSW. Ashley’s educational background includes: a BS in Human Services with a Minor in Psychology from Fitchburg State University in 2015, as well as a Masters in Social Work from Boston University in 2020. 

Ashley has worked in the social work field for eight growing years and her background includes working with individuals, families, children and adolescents in a variety of different settings. After becoming a mother in April 2022, Ashley became increasingly passionate about serving the perinatal population. In May 2023, Ashley started her own business, GRACE In All Things Motherhood, where Ashley offers local support groups and meetups for mothers.  

Ashley has experience with a wide range of needs including: anxiety, depression, trauma, mood disorders, and life transitions. When working with clients, Ashley utilizes a variety of different evidence-based treatment models such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Solution-Focused Therapy. Ashley uses a person-centered approach, tailoring to each client’s individual needs combined with a strengths-based approach. You will find Ashley’s style to be down to earth, empathetic, and trauma-informed. Ashley’s goal is to create a supportive safe space that fosters hope, acceptance, and positive change. Ashley is offering telehealth individual therapy to residents of Massachusetts.
