• Create and maintain a warm, supportive therapeutic space

• Maintain accurate documentation and treatment plans

• Collaborate with the team as needed and participate in supervision

Qualifications

Licensed candidates:

• LMHC, LICSW, LCSW , or equivalent in MA or NH

Unlicensed candidates:

• Master’s degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or related field

• Actively working toward licensure

• Must be eligible for supervision in MA or NH

All candidates should have:

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Ability to work independently in a virtual environment

• A client-centered, trauma-informed approach
